Real estate legal due diligence

How we work
Our methodology for this service
Scope and objective definition
We agree with the client the scope of the review — individual assets or portfolios — and the materiality criteria that will guide the analysis based on the transaction type and priority risks.
Land registry, planning and tax analysis
We review the land registry status, encumbrances and charges, planning classification, tenancy situation and tax implications of the transfer to offer a comprehensive view of the asset.
Contingency and risk identification
We identify and quantify the legal contingencies of the asset, ranking them by relevance and proposing them as the basis for price negotiation, contractual warranties or closing conditions.
Due diligence report and recommendations
We produce a clear and actionable report covering all findings, priority contingencies and recommendations so the client can make their investment decision with full information.
Who this is for
Real estate investors, family offices, developers and real estate funds analysing asset or portfolio acquisitions. Also financial institutions reviewing the legal status of assets before accepting them as security or proceeding with their transfer.
