Depending on each specific processing purpose, only strictly necessary data will be processed. The USER guarantees the accuracy of the data provided and undertakes to notify changes.

- Purpose: managing and responding to queries submitted via contact forms.

Directly from USERS via the communication channels available on the Website, and via cookies when the USER has previously accepted the Cookies Policy.

Security & guarantees
MES Legal implements appropriate security measures to protect personal data and prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access.
Minors
The Website is intended for users over 18. Minors who wish to request information or services must do so with parental or guardian authorization. MES Legal does not deliberately collect data from minors under 18 without express written consent.
If MES Legal detects unauthorized use by a minor, it will delete the data submitted and notify the competent authority.
Social Media
MES Legal is responsible for official profiles on X and LinkedIn. Access and use requires acceptance of the platforms' specific conditions, legal notice, privacy policy and rules.
MES Legal may remove content contrary to its rules, law, public morals or order. Illegal or unauthorized use — including content violating fundamental rights, images of third parties without consent, IP infringements, illegal, racist, obscene, abusive, defamatory or fraudulent content, viruses, unauthorized advertising, mass unsolicited emails or identity fraud — is prohibited.
MES Legal may cooperate with competent authorities in cases of illegal use. Content and services on official profiles are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights; their publication does not imply any transfer of rights.
